A new nozzle assembly

Power off the printer and unplug the power cord.
Unplug the cables of the rear cooling fan assembly.

Using a 2.5 mm Allen key, loosen the three screws securing the rear cooling fan assembly.

Remove the rear cooling fan assembly.

Using a 1.5 mm Allen key, loosen the two screws securing the connection cable of the print head.

Disconnect the connection cable of the print head.

Using a 2.0 mm Allen key, loosen the four screws securing the back of the print head assembly.



Using a 2.0 mm Allen key, loosen the two screws securing the front cover of the print head.

Remove the print head assembly.

Remove the front cover of the print head.

Unplug the cables of the ceramic heating sheet and the thermistor from the adapter board of the print head.



Using a 2.0 mm Allen key, loosen the screw securing the connection unit.

Remove the connection unit.

Using a 2.0 mm Allen key, loosen the two screws securing the nozzle assembly.

Remove the old nozzle assembly.

Prepare a new nozzle assembly. Align the nozzle assembly with the screw holes and put it in the installation position.

Using a 2.0 mm Allen key, tighten the two screws securing the nozzle assembly.

Align the connection unit with the screw holes and put it in the installation position. Using a 2.0 mm Allen key, tighten the screw securing the connection unit.

Insert the cables of the ceramic heating sheet and the thermistor into the port on the adapter board.



Install the front cover of the print head.

Prepare the print head assembly. Align the print head assembly with the screw holes and put it in the installation position.
Using a 2.0 mm Allen key, tighten the two screws securing the front cover of the print head.

Using a 2.0 mm Allen key, tighten the four screws securing the back of the print head assembly.

Prepare the rear cooling fan assembly. Align it with the screw holes and put it in the installation position.

Using a 2.5mm Allen key, tighten the three screws securing the rear cooling fan assembly.

Plug the cables of the rear cooling fan assembly.

Insert the connection cable of the print head into the port.

Using a 1.5 mm Allen key, tighten the two screws securing the connection cable port of the print head.

Plug in the power cord and power on the printer.
Feed the filament into the extruder.
Heat up the nozzle and load the filament. On the touchscreen, select Prepare - Temperature - 220℃.


After the nozzle heating to the set temperature, click Extruder - Load. Observe that the nozzle can extrude the filament successfully.

The printer is ready for use after it is re-leveled.
